How is a tier assessed?
On eligible spend recorded through Tenebrex over a rolling twelve months. Your tier is reviewed continuously — you do not need to apply for an upgrade.
What counts as eligible spend?
Anything booked or coordinated by your concierge through the Tenebrex network. Third-party spend arranged outside of us does not count.
Is Elite something I can buy?
No. Tenebrex Elite is by invitation and is extended to a small number of members whose requirements justify a dedicated arrangement.
Are benefits guaranteed?
Upgrades, priority and preferred benefits are requested on your behalf and remain subject to partner and property availability, house policy and applicable terms.
