Terms of
service.
What you can expect of us, what we expect of you, and where the line falls between Tenebrex and the providers who deliver the experience.
In effect August 15, 2026
These terms form the agreement between you and Tenebrex Hospitality Inc. when you use this site or hold a Tenebrex membership.
Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account, or by using this site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not create an account.
If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
What Tenebrex is
Tenebrex arranges and coordinates experiences through third-party providers. We hold the relationships, negotiate the access and stay accountable for the coordination.
We do not own or operate aircraft, vessels, vehicles or properties. Aviation is operated exclusively by certified air carriers. Ground transportation and protective services are delivered by companies licensed in their own jurisdiction. The provider — not Tenebrex — supplies the service you ultimately receive, and is responsible for it.
Membership
Membership is for individuals aged 18 or over. You agree to give accurate information and to keep it current — a concierge acting on a stale preference is worse than one acting on none.
Your account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you suspect it has been compromised.
We may decline an application, or close an account, at our discretion. Where we close an account for reasons other than a breach of these terms, we will say why.
Tiers and eligible spend
Tiers are determined by eligible spend arranged through Tenebrex. Spend arranged elsewhere does not count towards a tier, because we have no way to verify it.
Thresholds, tier benefits and the experiences attached to them may change. We will not reduce a tier you have already reached during the period it applies to.
Requests, quotes and bookings
A request is not a booking. Nothing is confirmed until we tell you in writing that it is confirmed.
Quotes are in Canadian dollars unless agreed otherwise, and remain subject to provider availability and pricing until confirmation. Rates for a third-party service can move, and a quote that has not been confirmed does not hold a price.
Where a provider has its own terms — a charter agreement, a hotel's policy, a venue's conditions of entry — those terms govern the service itself, and you agree to them by proceeding with the booking.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellation and amendment are governed by the terms of the provider delivering the service. Many luxury and charter arrangements are non-refundable in whole or in part, sometimes from the moment they are confirmed.
We will tell you the applicable cancellation terms before you confirm. Ask us if they are not clear — after confirmation, they bind you.
Rewards
Points accrue on eligible spend and may be redeemed against the catalogue shown in the member area.
Points have no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money, and they are forfeited if your account is closed. The catalogue, redemption costs and tier requirements may change; we will not devalue points you have already earned without notice.
What we ask of you
Use the service lawfully and honestly. Do not misrepresent who you are, or ask us to arrange anything unlawful.
Treat providers and their staff with courtesy. Our access rests on relationships built over years, and we will end a membership that damages them.
Do not scrape, probe, overload or reverse-engineer this site, or try to reach another member's information.
Availability
We aim to keep the member area available continuously, but we do not guarantee it. We may suspend it for maintenance, and we may change or withdraw features.
The concierge desk, not the website, is the service. If the site is unavailable, your concierge is still reachable by email.
Where our responsibility ends
We are responsible for arranging and coordinating with reasonable care and skill, and we stand behind that.
We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of a third-party provider, for a provider's cancellation, or for events outside our reasonable control — weather, airspace restriction, strike, or a venue's own failure. Where something goes wrong with a provider, we will use our relationship to put it right, but the contract for that service is between you and them.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under Québec's Consumer Protection Act. Where that Act applies to you, its protections take precedence over anything here that conflicts with them.
Intellectual property
The Tenebrex name, mark, and the text, photography and design of this site belong to us or to our licensors. Membership grants you no right to use them.
Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time from your profile, or by writing to the membership desk. Closing it does not cancel bookings already confirmed, and provider cancellation terms continue to apply to them.
We may suspend or terminate a membership that breaches these terms. Points are forfeited on closure.
Privacy
Our handling of your personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any dispute is submitted to the courts of the judicial district of Montréal.
Language
These terms are published in French and in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the French version prevails.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version, and we will notify members by email before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the revision.
Before you agree, ask.
If anything here is unclear, the membership desk would rather explain it now than argue about it later.
