Delete your
account.

One written request closes your account and starts the deletion of the personal information attached to it.

In effect August 15, 2026

This page applies to the account you use on tenebrex.com and in the Tenebrex Hospitality mobile apps. They are one and the same account, so a single request covers them all.

01

Delete it yourself

Sign in, open your profile, and choose “Close Account”. The same button exists in the mobile apps. You will be asked to confirm once; after that, deletion is immediate and nobody at Tenebrex has to approve it.

Removing the app from your device does not delete your account — use the button, or write to us as set out below.

02

Or ask us in writing

If you can no longer sign in, write to support@tenebrex.com from the email address on your account, with the subject line “Delete my account”. Nothing else is required — no form, no phone call, no reason given.

We confirm receipt, verify that the request comes from the account holder, and answer within 30 days, which is the deadline Québec's Law 25 sets us.

03

What is deleted

Your account and profile — name, email address, phone number, province, language and preferences — together with your concierge requests, itineraries, messages and rewards history.

04

What is kept, and for how long

Some records survive the account because the law requires it. They stay with your name taken off them:

Bookings and financial records
Seven years, which is the retention period Canadian tax law imposes on us.
Server logs
Up to 12 months, after which they are destroyed on schedule.
Ready

One email is all it takes.

Send your request to our privacy officer and we will take it from there.
